Counselling
Our first session is a gentle introduction — a chance for us to connect, understand what’s present for you, and explore the areas where you'd like my support.
From there, each session will be safely held to guide you towards the Inner and Divine alignment you’re seeking.
A counselling session is approximately 60 minutes long.
You can book sessions as you feel called to ⁓ everyone’s journey and needs for support looks different.
I look forward to walking alongside you as you navigate your journey.
