• If there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

• If there is suspected abuse or neglect of a child, dependent adult, or elder.

• If required by law, such as court orders or subpoenas.

2. Storage of Information: I believe in full transparency as a core value. All records and session notes are stored securely in compliance with privacy laws and regulations. This website is created via Squarespace - you can look into their data/privacy policy here. I will be using Halaxy (Halaxy Privacy Policy) for storage of counselling/related notes (if anything changes we will update it here) . In the future I aim to use transcription/Ai-driven applications to help create the best outcomes for our clients- once the applications have been decided upon- I will update that information here.

3. Limits of Online Communication: While I aim to take precautions to ensure your information is secure, please note that online communication may have some inherent risks. If you are uncomfortable with these risks, we can set up a call to discuss other options.
